It's our fully outdoor functional training program.

Through Generations, which lasts for 8 weeks + 3 nutritional consultations.

During the training sessions, we focus on Strength, Speed, Endurance, Coordination, etc. With disciplines such as Boxing, Athletics, Stationary Cycling, Calisthenics, among others.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

 

Tuesday to Friday at 6:30, 7:40, and 8:50 AM.

 

Saturday and Sunday at 08:00 AM.
